| Name: Presea Combatir Gender: Female Age: 28 [appears to be 12] Height: 4'6" Race: Human Series: Tales of Symphonia Personality: When the characters first meet Presea, she is like a doll. Her emotions are suppressed thanks to the Exsphere embedded on her. With her emotions suppressed, Presea majority of the time speaks bluntly and mostly facts. Her emotions were suppressed for about 16 years. Later in the game when a Key Crest was equipped to her Exphere, Persea begins to learn and understand slowly about her expressions again. Since her emotions were locked for a long period of time, Presea has forgotten how to express and understand emotion. Thus, she relearns again through out the game. She first express and understands hatred and anger after learning more of her past and what experiment she participate to Rodyle. After developing those feelings she soon learns on the principles of revenge through those emotions. Here Persea mostly have taken facts and thus learned from it. After she has learned revenge and the meaning, she also learns forgiveness. From this she forgiven Regal for killing her sister knowing her sister was a vitim as an experiment as well. History: Presea is twelve years old who lives in a small town of Ozeete in Tethe'alla. She is the daughter of a lumberjack. From her father's foot steps, Presea becomes a lumberjack herself to aid her ill father while her sister, Alicia, left for Altamira. In order to take on her father's foot steps, Presea wanted an Exphere to enable herself to be strong enough to use his axe. In order to do this, Presea agreed to take part in an experiment. The experiment was to attempt to use her body as a host to create a Cruxis Crystal. What she may not have known was this experiment was about to cost her life. The Exphere did granted her strength, but because it wasn't properly controlled, no Key Crest, this suppressed her emotions and thus the reason why she behaves like a robot. Finally it slowed her age and thus remain a twelve year old for about 16 years. This also effected her home in Ozette. The villagers feared her not knowing the reason behind Persea's emotions and lack of growth. They also called her a monster for not burying her father. When the party meets her, they find out she is a victim of an Expsphere lacking a Key Crest. From there they decide to find a Key Crest to save her. After being equipped with the proper Key Crest, Presea's senses returns, though she slowly relearns emotions and expression since it was forgotten. She joins Lloyd's ground for the errors she previously made and hopes not another victim falls into the experiment of the Expheres. |
